Montreal born Actor, Dean has been honing his craft for over 30 years in every medium this industry would let him. Melanie Nicholls-King is a Canadian/American actress with Trini roots, best known for playing Cheryl in the HBO series, The Wire; Officer Noelle Williams in the ABC series, Rookie Blue and recently, Hazel LaCroix, in the beloved Netflix series, Anne with an E. She can also be seen in three of the series in the Law & Order franchise, Orphan Black, The Week Of with Adam Sandler and Chris Rock, Star Trek: Discovery and Little Fires Everywhere to name a few. Upcoming, she can be seen in Showtime’s Your Honor with Bryan Cranston.

Farid Yazdani is a Canadian actor, producer and writer, best known for his role as Oscar Wallace in the new CSA nominated series, Moonshine. Season 2 is set to premier Fall 2022.

Farid has also appeared in Suits, Titans, The Boys, Shadowhunters and more. He has won Best Short at The Canadian Comedy Awards and Best Actor in a leading role at the IndieFest Film Awards for his original pilot, Day Players, of which he is the creator and series lead. Currently, Day Players is being developed into a web series set for release in late 2022. Farid is a proud graduate of the School of Creative and Performing Arts in Toronto and an alumnus of the Reelworld Emerging 20 Artists.

When he’s not busy acting, Farid enjoys cycling, basketball, walking his Husky/Lab, Niko and working on creating new content. He is also an Ambassador for Mena Massoud’s Ethnically Diverse Actors (EDA) Foundation.

Cara McDowell has been training actors and researching the acting process for 30 years. She started acting herself, in Toronto, while completing her BFA in Performance at Ryerson University. She has directed various plays and short films, produced and also written a solo piece for the UNO Festival in Victoria. She has an intuitive sense and unique perspective of what grows an actor. She is constantly developing ways to support and inspire Creatives and Actors alike. Most recently, she is finishing certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach and will be launching a private practice in 2022.

Based in Vancouver, Geoff Gustafson has been featured in numerous commercial campaigns including Busch Beer, BMO, Volkswagen, Weisers and Visa. Geoff has played Norman Dorman on Hallmark’s Signed Sealed Delivered for the past 8 years. His work has garnered him three Leo nominations. He most recently appeared in “The 27 Hour Day” along side Autumn Reeser and Andrew Walker for Hallmark. Gustafson had a recurring arc on “Rogue” as well as “Once Upon a Time” and has guest starred on episodes of “Emily Owens M.D.,” “Psych,” “Package Deal” and “Bates Motel.” In addition, Gustafson worked as a series regular on “Primeval: New World” for SyFy. When not onset Geoff is an acting instructor and is responsible for developing curriculum and managing the full time acting programs at Vancouver Acting School as the Director of Performing Arts.

Hiro Kanagawa is a Vancouver-based actor and writer. His most recent play Indian Arm received the 2017 Governor-General’s Literary Award for Drama. Other distinctions include Jessie Richardson Awards for both acting and playwriting, an Asians on Film Award, and an MFA from Simon Fraser University. He is perhaps best known for his recurring roles and guest appearances on popular American television series such as Altered Carbon, The X-Files, iZombie and Smallville and comedic turns in Best in Show and the legendary Supernatural episode Changing Channels. A sought-after script doctor and consultant, he was story editor on the critically-acclaimed Canadian series Da Vinci’s Inquest, Da Vinci’s City Hall, Intelligence, and Blackstone.

Jennifer has over 40 years’ experience as a professional actor, educator/director, and arts advocate. She has performed over 100 roles in theatre/film & TV across the country including a Jessie Award for The Trespassers by Morris Panych, a Vancouver Playhouse/ Belfry co-production. Originally from Toronto, Christopher has been a working professional actor for over 30+ years, performing across Canada, and the States, in predominantly musical theatre in his earlier years before moving to Vancouver in the late ‘90’s to work in a thriving film&television market. Being a dual citizen has afforded him opportunities in Los Angeles and later in New York, and now he acts, teaches, coaches and producers, sometimes virtually while making his home between NY and Vancouver, with plans to be in the UK. Jessica Clement is a Hamilton-based actor with over 20 years of experience. Jess started as a child in commercials and day player roles and has gradually climbed her way to the big leagues. With leading roles alongside Nicolas Cage, Julianne Nicholson, Richard Gere, Bryan Cranston, and Marcia Gay Harden, her work speaks for itself. Jess has recently opened her own film acting school in Hamilton to help others hone their craft and carve their career paths. Catch her recent work in Dream Scenario, and Longing. Kurt has appeared in over 100 film and television roles over the years including reoccurring roles in iZOMBIE, SUPERNATURAL, BATTLESTAR GALACTICA, ROGUE, LEVEL UP, SANCTUARY and EXE’S and OH’s and has been nominated for a LEO for Best Male Guest star twice for his work in MAN IN THE HIGH CASTLE and TIES THAT BIND.
